Oi pessoal. Estive aqui a ler as mensagens negativas e sinceramente espero que nada disso me aconteça. Por minha parte comprei a halo knight t107 max e é simplesmente uma bomba. A rollsroyce das trotinetas. Estou super contente pelo momento e fiz várias perguntas técnicas para conhecer melhor a trotineta e eles respondem presente com todas as informações necessárias e são muito respeitosos. Voilà não tenho nada a dizer de mal pelo momento senão aconcelhar esta marca extraordinária.. Obrigado halo knights com S Je viens de voir mon avis celui-ci traduit pour le français. Non comprate nessun prodotto dalla Halo Knight, vi prenderanno semplicemente in giro. Pessima esperienza, pessimo servizio clienti, pessima logistica. Aspetto ancora il rimborso, non fatevi fregare.

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience. I purchased a HALO KNIGHT scooter expecting a reliable premium product, but unfortunately I have experienced repeated problems since owning it. The scooter developed faults affecting the motors and throttle, and I spent weeks exchanging messages with customer support. I was asked to record countless videos, take photos, open the scooter, check connectors, swap wiring, perform controller learning procedures, and carry out technical diagnostics myself. I am a customer, not a mechanic. Instead of providing a simple and effective solution, I was repeatedly asked to perform more and more complicated troubleshooting procedures. After following these instructions, the scooter ended up in an even more confusing condition. The quality of the product has been disappointing, but what frustrated me the most was the after-sales service. Resolving a warranty issue should not require customers to dismantle their scooter and spend hours diagnosing electrical problems. After all of this, I was still asked to pay additional shipping costs for replacement parts. I cannot recommend HALO KNIGHT based on my experience. If you are looking for reliability and strong customer support, I would suggest considering other brands.
