Hoaqi Eagle seat post broke off while…
Hoaqi Eagle seat post broke off while riding on a bike path. This led to a warranty claim as the bike was less than 2 years old. Response was ..Sorry we no longer deliver to Canada so no warranty..we hope you understand. I don’t understand that this company can not honour a warranty. This is against the law in Canada as it is a breach of warranty. I have asked for a refund as they no longer ship to Canada. I’ll see what their response will be.

Customer services was exceptional
Customer services was exceptional. The wrong ebike was shipped and HAOQIE contacted us to inform us ahead of time. We were able to refuse the delivery and return it to the company. They immediately shipped the proper bike along with free gifts to compensate for the inconvenience. The Antelope is every thing I hoped for. It was easy to assemble and operation instructions were clear. It's a great bike. The only problem I have with the bike is the handlebar loosens and doesn't stay tight. I have to keep the allen wrench with me.

HAOQI Camel Electric Cargo Bike
We bought a HAOQI Camel Electric Cargo Bike & it took 2 weeks for delivery and when we got the bike it had a rear flat tire. I emailed HAOQI then the lady took care of it for me. We have the bike for about a month now & put on about 100 miles. it seems to be a good solid ebike, I enjoy riding it with my little dog Buddy in the back basket mounted on the rear rack.

I had to wait 3 months for the Mustang but it’s worth it.
I had to wait 3 months for delivery of my Mustang but since getting it I’ve really enjoyed it. It didn’t take long to assemble it, about a half hour. It ran fine right out of the box. It took a few rides to dial in the suspension so it rides pretty smooth in the dirt and has plenty of power for intermediate trails. The bike looks great and I haven’t had any mechanical problems with it. I’ve had it about a month and have about 100+ miles on it so far. The only issue I see so far is with the charger getting pretty warm when it’s charging but the battery temperature is ok. Overall, I love the bike. I get lots of people commenting about its looks and I love the ride. No more problem going up hills or against the wind anymore. I love the twist throttle for rocky or technical sections and when I want a break from pedaling. Now I’d like to see some local bike shops to cover service needs for the Mustang and your other models. Good job Haoqi. Great bike for the price.

I was definitely not happy with…
I was definitely not happy with customer service after the first 40 days… numerous emails from me, and nothing from Haoquiebikes! Then they responded with another 30 day wait period. I understand when customer demand is greater than manufacturing production… just let us know! When you have a great bike with reasonable prices you can’t keep up with production, just let people know! I waited 100 days and got a great bike at a great price! I only have a little over 200 miles…I love it! I live on 4+ miles of bumpy dirt roads and it handles fabulous, even in the washboarded areas. I wish Haoqiebikes had a few local dealer in my area…I need mirrors, seat and a bag cover!
