Scratchy and Poorly Made
The traditional pocket tee in 100% cotton feels and looks like a low quality kitchen towel. The material is thin, rough, and full of slubs. The sewing is practically beside the point, the entire thing can be pulled apart by a toddler. Complete junk, a very sad ending to an iconic American brand.

Hanes is now the worst company for…
Hanes is now the worst company for undergarments and socks. I don't know what happened to their quality but I bought a package of underwear a month ago from Walmart and ofcourse I opened package added them to my drawer and threw away packaging but every pair has separated creating holes by the waste band and the fly areas. So I don't know if the Hanes company has changed fabric to weaker material, or their company doesn't have happy employees but they have lost a lifetime consumer over this. I can see why their company doesn't show reviews. It's all about creating garbage to sell customers so the corporate can make money and fill their pockets. Also shows they have no remorse of their horrible quality that they don't even offer a free package. NEVER AGAIN!!! (If needed would upload pic)

Very disappoints with a pack of boxer briefs
I ordered a pack of 10 boxer briefs and I received it on July 10th. I went on vacation last week and to my surprise only 2 of the 10 briefs were the size I ordered, size L. The rest they were too small they won’t even fit a 6 years old child. I called today and spoke with a representative from Hanes, named George, and I explained to him the Situation I went through and that I had no under wear to use while on vacation, and all he said is “sorry”. I requested to speak with his supervisor and he refused my request stating that this is nothing to talk about. I’m very upset and disappointed by Hanes product and the way I was handled by an emotionless person who refused to pass me to his superior. He agreed though that I sent it back, so now I have to make a trip to a USPS center which is very far from where I am. Never purchasing Hanes product ever again. Stay away from their products, Hanes has regressed through the years and I’ve witnessed that personally, I’ve been their costumer since 1982.

I bought my husband a pkg of underwear and they are all coming apart!! He is very upset about this. He always bought Hanes, I didn’t know what to tell him!!!
