Don’t buy from this company!!!

Hi Do not under any circumstance buy anything from the company, they are a scam. 1. Product is not the quality they picture. It’s crap quality. 2. It take over a month to receive product 3. When you receive the crap quality product and want to return it, they send a BS AI sob story response, which they try and gaslight you with the effort it takes to return products and cost and then you have e to wait 20-30 days from r a refund, then f they see fit!! It’s absolutely disgusting. Save your hard earned money and don’t purchase from this Sham buisness

Scam company

As per other reviews, wrong size sent and then you have to pay to send them back to Australia (we are in England), even though they sent the wrong size. Definitely mass made in China and not to order, otherwise they would double check the size on the order before making them! Massive scam!

Hi, We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We would like to clarify a few points for anyone reading this review. Our footwear is listed in US sizing, and this is clearly stated on each product page together with a size guide to help customers select the correct size before ordering. We also respectfully disagree with the suggestion that our products are mass-produced. The vast majority of our footwear is made to order specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because each item is produced according to the size selected at checkout, we manufacture exactly what is ordered. As outlined in our return policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs where a return is due to an incorrect size selection rather than an error on our part. If we ever send the wrong item or size compared with what was ordered, we of course work with the customer to resolve the issue. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.

The shoes are cheaply made and not at all the same as the photos on the FaceBook page. I have emailed the company to request a refund and asking information about their return policy, but crickets so far. I would absolutely NOT recommend ordering anything from this company. The payment was made at time of ordering, but the order was shipped from China and took a long time to arrive.

the return process is a nightmare and product isnt as exclusive as marketed

the return process is a nightmare. no return label given and super expensive since they're based in Australia also dont fall for the "shipping takes time as each order is custom made". it's just taking time to ship from china

Hi, We're sorry to hear that our return process didn't meet your expectations. As an independent Australian-owned brand, we don't provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for arranging return postage in accordance with our return policy, which is clearly outlined on our website before purchase. We would also like to clarify that the suggestion our products are simply slow because they are shipped from China is incorrect. The vast majority of our products are made to order specifically for each customer after an order is placed. This production process helps reduce waste and means orders naturally take longer than mass-produced, warehouse-stocked items. Our estimated production and delivery timeframes are also displayed on our website prior to checkout. We understand that made-to-order products aren't suitable for everyone, but we believe it's important that customers have accurate information about how our business operates.

Do not order for this company you order…

Do not order for this company you order one size they send you what they'd like to send you. They say you have one hour to make changes but maybe you see it 23 hours later a reply and then by that time they're like oh we can't do anything about it tremendous scam. I hope your credit card company will reverse the charges for you because they're awful and it's a joke.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. The majority of our products are custom made to order and go into production very quickly after purchase. Because of this, we provide a short 1-hour window after ordering where customers can request changes or corrections to their order details (such as size), as once production begins we are unable to make adjustments. We do our best to respond to emails as quickly as possible, however we are unable to guarantee immediate replies outside of this window, particularly when messages are received after business hours or during high order volumes. We also want to clarify that we do not change sizes or items on orders. Each item is made exactly as selected by the customer at checkout, and we do not substitute or alter orders. We understand this can be frustrating, and we always encourage customers to double-check their order details carefully before confirming purchase, as this helps avoid issues once production has started.
