No replacement parts
I bought Cranium recently. My family loves this game. Lost the die recently- not surprising with young children. Called customer service and they do not have any replacement parts for Cranium. With many games you can use substitutes for missing parts, but this die is specifically for this game. Any special pieces to a game should be replaceable - I'd be happy to pay for the replacement part.

Misleading packaging
Misleading packaging: figures shown are not included I bought this Spider-Man city playset because the packaging shows a whole city populated with multiple Spider-Man characters and other figures. However, the set itself comes with only one figure. The other figures shown in the pictures are not included and must be purchased separately. The fact that the figures are not included is disclosed, but the way this information is presented is extremely easy to miss. The packaging is visually busy, and the wording is small and low-contrast in places—for example, white text on a yellow background—so the important limitation is not made nearly as clear as the large, colourful images of the fully populated playset. I feel the packaging gives a misleading impression of what you are actually buying. Parents and other buyers could reasonably look at the box and think they are getting the characters shown in the playset, only to discover after purchase that most of them are not included. Hasbro should make “FIGURES SOLD SEPARATELY” much larger, clearer, and more prominent on the front of the box. The product should be shown in a way that accurately represents what is actually included in the package.
