Did a great job of communicating and helpful in finding out information about the haul. This was the first time I shipped a large item and the service was GREAT.

The price was reasonable
The price was reasonable, the pick up and delivery were both smooth. I had the bike picked from one dealership and delivered to another. This was done for my convenience. Ir took about 2 weeks from initial contract submission until pick up. The delivery took just over 6 weeks, while I was told it could take up to 12 weeks up-front, it seemed excessive as it is only a 16 hour drive. I was given delivery dates three different times and none of the were met. The bike was 10 days late. At some point it appears to have been left out in the rain as there were water spots on the bike and actual rust in the exhaust. Prior to this it has never been stored outside or riden in the rain, a little disappointing. However, over all it was in good condition and made it to its destination.

My shipment fell through the cracks and…
My shipment fell through the cracks and took almost 3 months to get. Drivers need to call there customers as soon as they have an idea when delivery might be instead of 12 hrs before. This is my seventh bike delivered and it seems to get worse everytime. I don't think I will use haulbikes again. Service should get better with repeat customers.

It was very easy and simple. The people were very helpful and always keeping in touch to let you know how and where your bike is very considered. Overall it was a great experience and I would be using them again and recommended.
