Digital Manual Basically a Scam
Bought digital manual that said it was for my vehicle. Turns out, the manual has nothing specific to my vehicle at all and doesn't even give good advice on the basics of car maintenance (which I already know!). Also, the manual appears to be only accessible online! Absolutely useless product. On top of this, there is no obvious way to get a refund and the areas on the website I could find at the time of purchase said to send an email to customer support. I did this, twice, and nothing has come of it. Not a single reply. Then, all I get is bombarded with automated emails asking me to review the product. So I'm reviewing it here because it's terrible. Incredibly disappointed as I own a physical manual for another car and it is perfect but this has put me off the brand for life if they intend to continue down the digital route in this manner.

I bought Mitsubishi Lancer Mk VIII Galant Fortis (CX, CY) 2007 to 2017 Haynes Online Diagnostics & Service Guide for 30 pounds and except for the specifications and some technical drawings, everything else is general information you can easily get from yt.

Don't waste your money!
Purchased the online manual for the Jaguar FType, what a waste of money. Looked through it in the first hour after purchase and requested a refund but no replay from Haynes customer service. The manual is full of generic content and explains items that are in a owner manual. I purchased to support me through supercharger removal and service but totally inappropriate. VERY DISAPPOINTED.( With customer service as much as the manual)

Purchased a digital manual, but a week later still haven’t received, sent three emails last one cancelling and requesting a refund but still no reply Not happy with the service feeling I’ve been scammed just refund me my £30

Online Car Maual
The online manual is completely different from the printed manuals. Details are hard to find and the level of tips and instructions is sadly inadequate. With a printed manual I have maintained my cars for years. With an online manual this would be impossible for the DIY mechanic/owner.
