I ordered a lab test on August 5, 2026, and paid online. After waiting a long time with no response, I tried to cancel the order. Their website has many issues, but I finally managed to cancel it. It has now been over two weeks since I canceled and requested a refund. They plan to deduct a 20% fee, and I still have not received my money back. This company has poor customer service and is not trustworthy

FARUD!!!! AVOID PLEASE. HealthLabs / Analyte Health took my money and delivered nothing. I booked a full panel for my 68-year-old mother and selected the lab at checkout. When we arrived, the lab only had a partial order on file. The technician double-checked — the rest of the tests were never sent over. There's no phone number anywhere, so I had to text support and wait two hours, only to be told the tests weren't done because we "failed to provide samples." Completely false. Now they want another $268 to run the tests I already paid for. Save yourself the trip.

SCAM ALERT! I wish I could give a star rating less than one. HealthLabs or Analyte Health is a SCAM!!! I booked for my 68-year-old mother, picked the lab and when I went to the lab, they said only some tests were ordered. The lab guy double-checked, and it was not ordered. When I reached out to Healthlab (there's no phone; they ask you to reach out through text), they responded 2 hours later and said it was YOU who was not able to provide samples. WHATTT!!?? They're charging me another $268 to get those tests done, SCAM!!!

Long post but may save you time/frustration and especially if you're a senior / not perfect eyesight, not navigating all the online portals like a 40 year old might be able to do. Lacking the physical dexterity to handle all communication by text on a tiny cell phone screen....Truly a sad situation for the seniors. Total bait-and-switch in my opinion. I was lured in to Health labs with a payment of $36 and a 10% discount. That was cheaper than LabCorp or Quest. As a senior citizen on a very limited budget but trying to monitor my health, I decided to go with HealthLabs. (Note: Medicare only pays for labs annually unless issues but I'd rather not wait for a year to see if there is an "issue" with my health". Therefore, I get independent labs to discuss with my PCP). As I was trying to make payment with Visa, a window popped up indicating a location other than the LabCorp location I had chosen was closer. I clicked on that thinking I would see where it was but in a flash - gone! Moving on, while doing all this and after paying, I started getting emails about sign into acct. However, it was AFTER 8 PM, and signing in was literally impossible. The only way you can contact anyone, anytime between 8AM - 8PM is via text. NO live person at night. (and the AI Suzy is useless). Next AM I drove to what I thought might be correct location, sat in parking lot, waited until 8:01 AM. Finally able to text a live person (and truthfully, she tried so hard...she was CS personified). She gave me the correct address/ I was close but could not tell me which Professional Building it was. After wandering aimlessly around the complex, I finally located the lab about a city block from where I was parked. So the other issue...after I was able to get into the portal the next day and download my bill, I found out there was a $6 "physician oversight fee". If that was in the fine print, I didn't see it. My bill turned out to be $42 and I still haven't figured out why...$36 - 10% discount + $6 fee? Bottom line, had I gone to LabCorp that was literally 2 miles CLOSER and no buildings to wander around, I would have paid $49. Knowing what I know now, the additional $7 would be well worth my time, my energy, my frustration. Why did they send me emails on Thursday evening...log-in, log-in....but not allow me to do so. One more thing, if you try to cancel the service (which is what I wanted to do that morning, you are hit with a 20% cancellation fee so it is a no-win situation. Do it THEIR way or pay the price. I've dealt with LabCorp and Quest many times over the years personally and professionally and I've NEVER had these issues. Lessons learned. As for the only contact method...texting. So sad. I want to add, the phlebotomist who drew my blood was wonderful, but she works for the actual lab, NOT Health labs.

Lots of hoops to jump through to get to the end. They keep pushing you to get additional tests. My partner tried to pay for both of our tests, but Health Labs just sent a gift card to me instead that only covered part of the test. The site never had a form field to enter in the gift card so now that's money wasted and I paid full price on this shady site.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
