AVOID THIS PRODUCT, AVOID HEAT HOODY
AVOID THIS PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought this jacket for my son. Such a huge disappointment. The manufacturing quality of this jacket is so far below what any normal person would expect of a jacket that cost $199 (on sale). This jacket started to literally fall apart at the seams within a month of receiving it, and a short time after that was completely unwearable, with the wires exposed. Added to that, this company does not take responsibility for this at all. This definitely isn't the first time someone has been deeply disappointed with the jacket either. Heat Hoody told me that "We'd like to make this as easy as possible for you. Instead of going through the hassle of returning the item (which can be quite expensive from Australia and also has an impact on CO₂ emissions due to international shipping) we can offer you a 10% partial refund so you can keep the product. Many of our Australian customers prefer this option as it's the quickest and easiest solution." I would think that if many of your Australian customers have issues that this would tell you there are problems with your product. I wanted a full refund in line with my consumer rights, with the return of the defective jacket paid for by Heat Hoody in line with their return policy. Apparently, they don't consider this to be defective jacket. Apparently, that term can only apply to jackets where the heating system fails. I went to Fair Trading, who not only said I had every right to ask for what I had asked for, but added that "It appears Heathoody is an overseas company trading online. While the Australian Consumer Law does apply to purchases from international traders delivering to Australia, you may experience practical difficulties in obtaining a refund, repair, or replacement for your product, or in taking action against them." So you're left hoping they have a conscience, which I can assure you they do not. They ended up giving me 30% of my money back, acting like they were being generous. This is such a scam. As an aside, my son barely wore it because it wasn't very warm, even with the heating system . So not only is the manufacturing quality really poor, it doesn't even work well. Total scam.

Great product. Bought it for my always cold wife and she loves it. Only little minus is delivery time . It’s an Australian product and it takes almost as long as it was coming from Europe

The vest works extremely well.
The vest works extremely well. My only problem was that the right-hand pocket developed a large hole.

Bitte hier nicht bestellen. Eindeutig Chinaware. Deswegen auch die langen Lieferzeiten. Die Firmenadresse ist angeblich in den Niederlanden. Selbes Produkt findet ihr für weniger Geld bei sämtlichen Chinaschrotthändlern.
