💥BEWARE💥 This shop sells shein quality goods at premium prices...they claim under returns policy that they offer 30 day refund policy but this is misleading ...further down the site they state BUT no refunds on "sale" items...everything is intentionally marked as "sale" so there is no refunds on any items this is a scam loophole. Dresses are poor quality for the price. Better off going to shein if u dont mind low quality. Or ordering off real boutiques and paying for it.

This is the first negative review I have ever written, but I honestly hope it saves someone else from wasting their money. Hello Macy UK are scammers. They advertise their products using what appear to be stolen photos, and the dress I received is nothing like what was advertised. The quality is absolutely horrendous and nowhere near worth the price. When I tried to return the dress, they refused my request, claiming it was a sale item. At no point during the purchase was this made clear. I have spent so much time going back and forth with their customer service trying to get a refund, but it has been completely pointless. They simply refuse to take responsibility. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to shop elsewhere. Based on my experience, the products are misleading, the quality is extremely poor, and their customer service is unwilling to resolve legitimate issues.

Couldn’t agree more with the consensus of all these other reviews. Placed an order for some occasion dresses, looked lovely online. Bought them in the ‘summer sale’. When finally receiving the dresses after 3 weeks, the same as everyone else poor poor quality, horrendous fit, all colours completely different or awful shades of. When raising a request for a refund advised sale items aren’t covered for refund, advised the dresses were horrendous and didn’t fit/ even look similar to the pictures and was told the same. I raised this with my bank as a dispute, what was being advertised was completely wrong. I was then emailed by the company to advise that they are really sorry for the inconvenience and they will provide a full refund IF I withdraw my dispute with the bank. I advised I will not do this, and they need to follow the relevant dispute process. When it came to them having to respond to the dispute they then challenged it. Therefore confirming again what they were advising was fraudulent and not correct. There is absolutely no integrity to this company, horrendous products lead by fraudulent horrendous people. Do NOT order from here under any circumstances

Misleading website
Hugely disappointed with the very misleading website. It appears that all items can be returned 'hassle free'. This is nonsense. Loopholes buried elsewhere on the website. 'Limited stock' also seems to be re-stocked regularly, so don't be fooled into ordering something because it's been made to look like stock is running out - I'm pretty sure there's plenty available! To be honest, look elsewhere, I won't buy from this website.

DO NOT BUY! Bought 3 dresses from site. 2 on sale and 1 full price and £60. Under the dress it had a box regarding return “30 day money back garuntee” ect. When attempting to return the dresses as extremely poor quality and nothing like the photos. When requesting a return they stated that due to the 2 being on sale they was unable to process returns as they don’t offer returns for sale products even though under neath it states it does. Then requested a return for the £70 full price dress and they stated that because I bought the full price dress with 2 sale dresses, the whole lot came under the bracket of sale? Makes no sense. Disgrace of a company. Spent a total of £130 on dresses. Paid an extra £3 VIP delivery which stated fast delivery 3-5 days but took 21 days! Very poor quality. Poor shipping time. Poor customer service.
