Wonderful experience!
I ordered a parka (love!), pants (FedEx lost them) and shoes (absolutely gorgeous). I can’t say enough good things about the quality, style, and price of hemiblurr clothing. They truly get it! But mostly I want to let everyone know that their customer support made my entire shopping experience an absolute pleasure. Special shout out to Alice!

The hemi blurr service is unparalleled. Simply because I thought I would get more wear out of a jacket with a hood, I lodged a return for the Mica Veil Trench Coat. On account of expensive return shipping fees Alice offered to issue me a voucher of the value of the coat and let me keep the coat. This was incredibly generous and unexpected and shows they value their customers and trust in their products. I have since worn the jacket almost everyday throughout winter, as I didn’t see the point in buying a new jacket. It is incredible comfortable. The top button has become loose with wear, but it is an easy fix. I have now ordered the Corvian Wool Stand-Collar Coat and am excited to receive it!

So I’ll start with the quality
So I’ll start with the quality - I ordered a blazer and the quality and packaging was fantastic! However, it was a little too large. I had to be away from home for a bit after receiving the item so I did not really get a chance to initiate a return in their 14 day window. The customer service was great and though I could not return or exchange they did offer a 75 dollar gift card which I appreciated.
