I find that the overal quality on the…
I find that the overal quality on the screen doesn't match the quality of what you recieve. Most details are either skipped, blended into the mini or not even visible when the physical product arrives. With the price not being the cheapest having some details like bags in the clothing blend into the character or details barely visible.

What you get is extremely far from what you see. It's the same quality pretty much anyone could print for 1$. The details aren't there.

Heroforge product review
First, is great to be able to customize a miniature utilizing software like they provide. And, they do attempt to show you what you’re finished product will look like. The finished product image they show you definitely does not have as much detail as the initial computer image you use to generate your product. But the real problem here is, the product you receive has significantly less detail, and significantly less color than what was shown to you prior to placing your order. The miniature also has significant ‘ridging’ from the printing process, leaving most surfaces not really smooth. Although I was happy to create a character not available anywhere else, I was disappointed in the overall quality of final product that I received. Not worth the cost.

Great for computer concepts
So I mostly use Hero Forge as a way to create digital characters rather than print them out. I was on the Pro plan + downloads and wanted to downgrade to just the Pro, as I didn't use the Download feature enough to justify paying for it. I got the reminder that the subscription ends tomorrow and I was able to cancel it before I got charged again. My main critique is that I couldn't change the plan to switch after tomorrow, not a big deal but it would be a bit more convenient. All to say, its working for what I use it for, Happy building!

Disappointing purchase
The miniature I customized had a decent overall shape. However, I was really disappointed because it lacked a lot of details seen in the editor. I had selected metallic colors and bright glossy colors for a lot of the details but the entire color palet was matte and not vibrant at all. In fact, the colors looked as if they had faded from sitting out in the sun. Ultimately, the final product did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, I would not purchase from here again. You're better off buying a plain miniature and coloring it yourself.
