Genau so sollte es sein
Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Poor quality and no support service
I purchased the Hibrew espresso machine fairly recently and used it only a few times before it started malfunctioning. I’ve sent two emails to support, but I never received any reply.

Extremely poor customer service and…
Extremely poor customer service and defective products! My portable espresso maker arrived completely dead and making a ticking sound from day one. When I contacted them, they refused to issue a refund and kept stalling, making excuses about local holidays to avoid fixing the issue. Do not buy from this untrustworthy company. I am now taking legal and financial action through my bank.

HiBrew H13 Is a SCAM and You Should Never Buy It I asked support three times whether it has a three-way solenoid valve. They told me three times that yes, it does. I bought the machine. It does not have a three-way solenoid valve. Okay, let's forget about that. Maybe this coffee machine is good in general? I decided to run it a few times with just water. I got a soup with visible microplastics. I ran maybe three liters and the microplastics were still there. The water smells like plastic, the machine smells like plastic. Okay, maybe I'll run 30 liters and after that I can enjoy my coffee? Nope. The manometer is showing some weird stuff instead of the actual pressure on the coffee puck. Even when I run water with no portafilter at all, the pressure already reads 9 bars. Any amount of even coarsely ground coffee sends the readings far into the red zone. Okay, maybe the coffee turns out tasty? Also no. I have a 1Zpresso J-Ultra hand grinder, I tried different grind setting and still couldn't get a good cup of coffee. Maybe support helped me after the purchase? I haven't received a reply to a single email since buying the machine, and in the chat they told me once again that it has a three-way solenoid valve - lied for the fourth time. Every time I asked for return instructions, they simply ignored me. I am currently preparing all the materials to file complaints with every relevant consumer protection authority. I believe a scam like this simply should not exist in 2026.
