Deceptive free trial experience - Complete waste of timeI am extremely disappointed with this service and absolutely do not recommend it. They actively promote a "24-hour free trial" to get users to download and install their software. I spent my time setting it up, received the official trial code, but the VPN simply refused to connect.When I contacted their customer support to resolve the connection issue, I was told that the specific country/location I needed is restricted and only available on their paid premium plans.This is highly misleading. The entire purpose of a trial period is to test the actual functionality and performance of the service before committing to a purchase. Locking servers behind a paywall during a advertised free test and immediately demanding money feels like a bait-and-switch tactic.If your free trial doesn't actually allow users to test the connection properly, you should not advertise it as such. Terrible customer service and a very frustrating experience. Save your time and look for an honest VPN provider.

Их блокируют в РФ, UDP и TCP уже фактически полностью нерабочие, AWG коннектится 5 минут и выдаёт скорость не выше 1мб/с и постоянно обрывается коннект, Xray в жизни и не работал. А их поддержка только идиотские советы может давать "попробуйте другой протокол". А я что пишу?! Пишу, что ни 1 протокол не работает, делайте что-нибудь! В ответ чёрный игнор, в телеграме ничего не пишут по поводу проблем, замалчивают, зато на сайте красивую плашку каждый день обновляют что "в РФ проверено работает", что является наглой ложью. Так ещё и комментарии везде в публичном поле закрыли, чтобы никто не посмел жаловаться, отвратительный сервис. И только попробуйте написать что мой отзыв купленный и тд, у меня есть купленная лицензия уже полгода как, я спокойно могу подтвердить, что я пользуюсь сервисом, только вот сервис мне не предоставляется! UPD: да-да, оперативно связаться и "решить проблему", ага. Чтобы аннулировать мой код, вы хотели сказать? Никакой информации вы от меня не получите, можете со своей поддержкой поплотнее начать общаться, которая отвечает по ссылке с вашего приложения и вот с них спрашивать, почему они только скриптами общаются. Давайте я ещё вспомню пустые обещания, которым уже сто лет: сделать наконец split tunneling на PC. Ой, а его по сей день нет...

Terrible support
The product itself works well, but my experience with customer support was disappointing. Communication was unclear, my questions were not properly addressed, and resolving the issue took much longer than expected. I hope the company improves the quality of its customer support, as it does not match the quality of the product.

Unstable server, unavailble locations
I used this service for about two weeks, and the experience was awful from the very beginning. The app constantly lagged on both Windows and iOS. Most of the time I couldn’t connect to any servers at all, and when I finally did, the connection would drop shortly after. I tried multiple server locations — sometimes 5 or more in a row — and none of them worked. I followed all the troubleshooting steps provided by support (changing protocols, enabling obfuscation, etc.), but in some cases those settings made the app stop working entirely. Support replies quickly, but every response feels like a copy-paste template: “change this setting and send logs.” I’ve already sent logs multiple times, but they keep repeating the same instructions without actually resolving anything... I requested a refund due to the poor service, but my request has been ignored. Overall, the service has been unreliable from day one, and support has not been helpful. I would not recommend it.
