Lovely house and really well located
Lovely house and really well located. The house is a great combination of modern and traditional, is in excellent condition following a recent refurb and has spacious rooms throughout. The house is perched at the top of the hill above the promenade, which is easily accessed via steps and pathway that start right outside the house. Several rooms have stunning sea views. The railway station is less than 10 mins on foot. Return day tickets to Scarborough can be purchased for under £5. We would definitely stay there again! ❤️

Excellent 2 bed house
Excellent 2 bed house, very good communication with host and stay. We were allowed early check in between 12 and 1pm. Immaculate, little touches made it a home away from home.Little touches like towels, toiletries, ttea and cofee etc We do come to the area often and will book again if available. Thank you.

Well equipped, peaceful cottage
We had a great week in the cottage - completely off the beaten track but so easy to get into Warkworth and Alnwick and a short drive from some beautiful beaches (we visited Bamburgh, Embleton, Alnmouth, Boulmer and Amble). The cottage was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Dedicated parking is always a bonus and the garden was so peaceful overlooking the fields, just the occasional visitor mooing over the fence to surprise our dog :) Kitchen appliances are good quality and easy to use. We had glorious weather so didn't use the fireplace, but can imagine its very cosy in the winter. Comfy beds, an excellent shower and the children were happy with the wifi too. We'd recommend this lovely property and hope to visit again.

Poor maintenance and cleanliness. Dirty kitchen and bathroom. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. The location of the apartment was great but we were let down by the poor management of it

We stayed for a couple of nights and it is a great location. Good food and great range of drinks in the pub. The room was spotless and really comfortable. It has all the amenities you need and I would definitely stay again for a walking holiday.
