Do not order!
I ordered a dress to wear at Christmas last year and it never arrived… months later I got in touch to cancel the order and I stopped hearing from them. I had ordered via my VISA so I got the bank to reverse the transaction, otherwise I would have never have got a refund I’m sure.

Wow wish I had read reviews before…
Wow wish I had read reviews before buying, hopefully my review will keep someone else from losing their money. I purchased back in early June, it’s late July now and my order has not moved. I reached out to customer service got a generic reply after 2 weeks of no movement. Now almost 2 months and they have not replied. This is a scam, I would have never purchased if I knew it could be months before a get my order in, at this point I think my money was stolen and I will never get my dresses.

Stay away or you'll waste your $$ like I did!
I ordered two jackets from this company in November, 2025...and as of today, 7/24/26, I am STILL waiting for them. I have communicated several times via email with zero results. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing anything from this company to stay away. This company is fraudulent.

I still have not received an order from…
I still have not received an order from almost nine months ago. Their customer service is responsive and keeps making promises but still nothing. I do not think it is a scam company. I think it is just badly managed and they got in over their heads. Outcome is the same though. I paid almost three hundred dollars for dresses I have yet to receive.

Took my Money, 2 months never shipped
I placed my order over 2 months ago 4/30 of 2026 and it has been stuck in Preparing for Shipping for literal weeks. I have gotten zero actual timeline on when they intend to ship each time I emailed for an update, I have been patient understanding their product takes time, but this is TWICE the time their site quotes for shipping with no real answer on why the delay or when it might be resolved. I then emailed 7 days ago requesting details of a timeline or I would file a bank claim and they simply never responded. They took my money no problem, but I'm feeling that my time has been disrespected. I emailed once more, but I'm about ready to file that claim after the holiday weekend and never shop with them again. I love the product but not the way this has been handled.
