I absolutely love my PH5-style Nordic ceiling lamp! The quality-to-price ratio is exceptional, and after a week of use, I’m genuinely impressed with it. What I love most is the indirect light it provides. The warm glow is soft, comfortable, and never dazzling, creating a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere in the room. It adds a cozy and elegant touch that makes the space feel much more inviting. I think it’s perfect for an intimate area of the living room or for bedrooms, where you want a warm and pleasant ambiance without harsh lighting. Great Support When Things Go Wrong
I had some issues with my order initially, as the lamp arrived damaged due to problems during transportation. It is important to note that this was a shipping issue and not a fault of Hozo or the product itself. One of the glass parts arrived broken, which was understandably disappointing, especially since I had ordered the lamp well in advance and had already scheduled an electrician for the installation. However, I would like to highlight the excellent support I received from the customer service team throughout the process. They responded quickly to my messages, listened to my concerns, and were always willing to find a solution. Although resolving the issue took some communication and coordination, they remained professional, courteous, and genuinely committed to helping. In the end, they decided to send me a completely new lamp, which I greatly appreciated. Their willingness to take responsibility for resolving the situation and ensuring customer satisfaction made a big difference. While the experience did not start as expected, I am very satisfied with the way the issue was handled. Problems can happen during shipping, but what truly matters is how a company responds, and in my case Hozo's customer service team was helpful, responsive, and committed to finding a satisfactory solution. Thank you to Joy and the entire team for their assistance and support.
