My purchases in August
I would give no start but seems you have to give one to be able to do the review. Awful customer service (AI or otherwise) quality of clothing has dropped so much and also there was a hole in the jumper that I received but already had an issue with my order so not going to go anything. Disappointing to see this website has declined so much in both quality and customer service. Such a shame.

Ordered 2 dresses on 25th of July for an abroad wedding which still havent arrived customer service is clearly ai automated responses in the end had to request a charge back through my bank as never recieved order .... pity as have ordered off them plenty of times before but wont be ordering again

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, waiting nearly 3 weeks for an order they say should arrive within 3 days. Over two weeks chasing for just a response: always ordered in the past with no issues, something has clearly changed, will be giving them a miss from Now .

Do not order of this company
Do not order of this company. Waited ages for my delivery and then when I had to return the items are sitting in there warehouse 3 weeks now and ive no refund received. When you email there no replies, no one answering their contact number. No one replying to there whats app or Facebook. Disaster. Do not order of them.

The website wasn't working properly when I was trying to order and staff were super helpful and responsive. Once I returned an item no one responded to multiple emails and I had to hound them for my refund which took almost 4 weeks. I'd bought from iclothing before and recommended them to people but will never buy from them again.
