Ignition Cashier Lag Caused Double-Credit & Unearned Negative Balance

Beware of Ignition Casino’s provisional cashier system. On August 21, I made a single $157.84 Bitcoin deposit to play 777 Deluxe. Ignition provisionally credited my playable balance immediately. While I was actively mid-session, the blockchain transfer confirmed on the backend. Instead of pairing the confirmation with the provisional credit, Ignition’s automated cashier failed to reconcile them and silently double-credited another $157.84 to my account in the background. Days later, an audit caught the unbacked extra credit and placed a $157.84 negative balance on my account. On live chat (August 29), Support Supervisor Zak reviewed the transaction logs and explicitly confirmed two things: 1. I executed strictly ONE transfer from my external wallet. 2. The double credit occurred due to an internal timing delay in Ignition’s automated cashier system failing to pair the incoming blockchain confirmation. Holding a loyal player financially responsible for a negative balance caused entirely by an automated backend software lag during active play is completely unacceptable. Management needs to review the August 29 chat transcript and clear this $157.84 negative balance.

Finally had a big win so they closed my account and didn't pay.

I was a player here for many years. Made plenty of deposits and lost most of them without withdrawals. My last deposit I deposited $1,000 in Bitcoin with a very small $250 bonus. I ended up getting very lucky on the bonus and ended up with over $90,000. I followed all bonus rules. While the bonus was active, I played the same game, Instant Inferno, I stayed below the maximum bet (20% of deposit so $200) and kept my bet the same the whole time. Additionally, I kept playing much more after the 30x rollover was complete. I submitted a withdrawal. They asked for verification documents. No problem, I submitted what they asked for: Driver's license front and back, driver's license with my face next to it and a utility bill. Then they said my account was under investigation. I waited 2 weeks and then they finally said that I had multiple accounts and committed bonus abuse. This is a lie. They would t provide any evidence. I have only 1 account and I proved my identity and I followed all the rules of the bonus. It's roberry. Their "Dispute Resolution" department doesn't respond. I tried reaching out to their gaming license, "Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority". It's a fraud. The complaint form just gives an error when you try to submit and they don't respond to emails. They said their decision is final and there's nothing I can do. I never got a chance to respond to their bogus accusations. I mean, I guess I was stupid to believe an offshore casino would pay out winnings. Please, do yourself a favor because my account had about $95,000 USD when they shut it down: don't play here. They have no player protection. This is just devastating to me and there's no one who will help.
