Can't leave a bad honest review
Some companies you can't leave a bad review no matter how you word it. Waitrose is an example of this. I had a awful experience with Waitrose but no matter how I word it it's never allowed. You can't say if a manger is awful, can't say if the environment is depressing, can't say if you were bullied. I worked nights at Waitrose were the manger didn't allow anyone to talk, if your caught talking your separated. Staff constantly leave. But you can't say any of this all your allowed to say on Indeed is what you did in your day basically. So nights at Waitrose all I can say that indeed will allow is went in filled shelves, threw rubbish away went home. That helps nobody.

This site must use AI, as in Artificial Ignorance. I read some of the reviews, and I am not alone. In my Notifications section, it says there's a great match for you. Then right below it, there's a notification that I have applied for the position (uuugh). There's no sense in blocking the jobs because it lacks the ability to do so. The same jobs, over and over. What a waste of my time.

App inutile e tempo sprecato.
Una delle peggiori app per trovare lavoro di sempre, in tutti gli anni che l’ho usata ho mandato dio solo sa quanti CV, non ho mai ricevuto un singolo riscontro, i datori di lavoro (davvero poco onesti e professionali) si limitano a visualizzare la candidatura senza dare riscontro o rifiutarla direttamente senza dare motivazioni e soprattutto senza sostenere prima un colloquio conoscitivo, indeed si giustifica dicendo che non è loro “responsabilità” l’approccio del datore, ma a mio parere è sbagliato, indeed dovrebbe imporre da regolamento per i datori di lavoro di sostenere un colloquio conoscitivo prima di scartare la candidatura o quanto meno rispondere ad ogni candidatura e dare eventuali motivazioni per scarto. Assolutamente sconsigliata è solo una perdita di tempo. edit: ho dimenticato di menzionare le centinaia di annunci scam dove ti viene proposto un lavoro come impiegato o amministrazione, e poi in realtà si tratta di call center o lavori che riguardano marketing aggressivo, non fanno nemmeno controlli su questo.

I would NEVER, use Indeed, due to the spam phone calls I keep receiving and blocking. As a company this is poor practice and I would NEVER use them to represent my company or to recruit staff. UP YOUR GAME. Stop harassing people.
