Great customer service
Encountered difficulty with movida rental office but contacted Zest and they sorted out problem straight away. Also very reassuring that full insurance is included as have been caught out with this previously and had to pay premiums at pick up to ensure full cover.

Straightforward, trustworthy, and easy to deal with.
The car rental was straightforward and didn’t feel like the extra insurance options were clearly explained and not pushed on me. I had no trouble picking up or dropping off the cars on 2 separate occasions, and both rentals went without any issues. Would happily use again!

Centauro car hire through Zest was excellent
Booking through Zest was easy and efficient and offered more competitive rates for our car hire. We chose Centauro car hire in Murcia who were faultless and i cant recommend them enough. The car quality, age and condition were great. Their collection & drop off process is so quick and efficient as were the refunding of all deposits after the hire term was completed. will use again definitely

Excellent experience and very professional service
We had a really good experience with this car rental company (yescar). The team was very professional, always available by phone, and extremely helpful whenever we needed anything. Renting a car in Faro can sometimes be stressful, as there are unfortunately companies that try to charge customers for things they shouldn’t. With this company, we had the complete opposite experience. Everything was transparent and straightforward, both when we collected the car and, especially, when we returned it. There were no attempts to find extra charges or “scam” us, which made the whole experience feel very trustworthy. The car itself was great and perfectly suited to our trip. The only negative point was the gentleman who gave us the keys when we arrived. He was particularly grumpy and not very welcoming. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, and perhaps he was simply having a bad one, but when you work in customer service, being welcoming and polite is an important part of the job. People are paying for a service, and they deserve to feel welcomed from the moment they arrive. That said, the rest of the team were genuinely lovely, professional and helpful, so overall this was a very positive experience. I would absolutely rent from this company again and would recommend them to others looking for a reliable car rental in Faro. Thank you to the team for making the experience so easy and stress-free!
