Great Products & Fabulous Customer Service
First of all what a choice you have, so many beautiful items. My favourite is the lighting. I found Industville during my last renovation & all my kitchen lights are from them. I had to contact customer services for a replacement pendant, it came next day. So this time around I didn’t look for alternative companies I went straight back to Industville. I’ve just received my new lights & they haven’t disappointed again, I did change my mind on pendant connections & customer services swapped them out with no fuss. I’ve dealt with Mara & Lorraine in Customer Services, they are a true credit to Industville & been very helpful. You can call or email and they won’t let you down. I couldn’t recommend this company more. They use DPD couriers who are prompt & professional.

Industville - great service and after care
Have had an excellent service from Industville. We placed 3 separate orders for our clients. 2 of the lights were missing from the first order strangely. They have sent out a replacement immediately with no issues. We are getting them photos of the boxes, but they have been great!

Excellent after sales service.
Excellent after sales service. After 11 months a bulb failed and within minutes of emailing Industville a replacement was offered. Also flexible to swap the bulb for another. Mara was very prompt and efficient, well done. Would definitely use again.

Excellent customer service
I ordered some lights that needed a transformer when installed and ended up being unsuitable. Industville were super flexible about returning them and providing alternatives. Really excellent customer service throughout the process and the lights are beautiful.

Amazing customer support
I was dealt with in customer support by Lorraine, who on two occasions with my most recent order exceeded my expectations. I've had repeated orders from this firm, and always delighted with the speed of the deliveries and the quality of the items when they arrive. I was just asked to provide some images by email and no questions asked, I wasn't made to feel like I was 'cheating' the system and the issues were resolved literally by reply email. I will continue to order from this firm on my future property projects. Thanks Lorraine.
