I am very upset

I am very upset. I paid 24.95 on July 23rd and have heard absolutely nothing and received nothing. Where is my book? I would not trust this company at all!! Ros Whatley

Cant use gift card at checkout

I had received a gift card for boo hoo and was trying to use this at the checkout. Wasn't letting me use it for some reason. Did the online chat with an agent called Nagina M. It was explained im using my phone and the facility isn't available at the moment. Was advised to use a laptop or computer and this will work. I will try this later today . But happy for the advice. Waited for about 5 mins to be put through to chat with someone. So very speedy reply . Thank you

Just awful

The printing was awful. I bought this for my dad for Christmas. I had it inscribed so I wasn’t able to return it. He’s unable to read the majority of the pages. I’m beyond disappointed and so was he. Terrible product. I never write reviews but this was so bad I felt the need too.

I have never written a review in my life but feel compelled to here as I'm appalled by the service and daylight robbery (as you'll see from other reviews too!). AVOID this company!!! I ordered a personalised book on 25th November 2022 expecting to receive it as a gift before Christmas. I tracked the package and it continuously said 'out for delivery' and never was received. I sent an email to the customer service team on 23rd December and received no reply! I was then out of the country for January and followed up with a phonecall on 10th February, to be told that as it's out with the 30 days there's nothing they can do (the woman on the phone was pretty rude and clearly didn't want to help me). I was told it was delivered in December - there was no way it was delivered as I received multiple packages in december. Now reading other reviews it sounds like this is a scam and is what they state to all customers when they don't actually send them! I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order and wasting £30! AVOID THIS WEBSITE!

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear this. Your order was processed and dispatched on 29th November and sent by Royal Mail. As your order was not on a fully tracked service, your parcel was sent with a Royal Mail 2D code, which only registers on the Royal Mail website when delivery is made. From this information, it shows that your item was delivered on the 13th December, with GPS showing your delivery address. On your 'Track My Order' along with your dispatch email, you would have been provided with your 2D code, so you can also see this information. From looking at all our communication, we are not able to locate any emails or calls from yourself from December in regards to the query that you have raised. It is only the phone call made in February that is the first contact we have had from yourself. As our Customer Service Team explained that this is out of our 40 days Terms and Conditions policy and unfortunately we are no longer liable for your parcel. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenienced caused. Kindest Regards The In The Book Team
