Shipping is Terrible
I purchased a watch. They said it would be shipped 3-5 business days. A whole week passed. It was not shipped. Reached out to them via email. I requested them to cancel and send me a refund. They sure did cancel it right away. Don’t order from them if you need a watch by a specific date. You will be very disappointed as I was. Do Better with your shipping Invicta.

Same as the other one star reviews. Ordered my watches in the beginning of August and still waiting for them to be picked up by shipper. Costumer service actually told be to take it up with my bank. I might just do a charge back, it will cost Invicta some money for the charge back.i don't really care about the watches anymore. Pitiful. *Update* my watches just showed up at my door. It took a couple emails. So from order to me receiving both watches was 15 days, (was supposed to be 3-4 days). I gave them back 3 stars for the watch quality and packaging. They definitely need to work on their logistics/shipping department

Terrible customer service!!
I really wish you would get real with the delay in shipping!!! I paid for next day on this piece and it is still showing being prepared for shipping for over a week now!! Unless you are building the box this should have shipped 10 days ago! I love the product but hate the customer service! I’ve received pieces already that was ordered after this one! Please get my product shipped I’ve been bragging how your company has been shipping faster especially with paying for the speedy shipping I do not understand how you can advise and sell the higher price for a faster shipping and then just plainly not do it!! That’s why we pay for expedited shipping to avoid this kind of 💩!!

1 MONTH LATER.... STILL WAITING ON MY ORDER
As an Invicta watch collector for the past two decades I can tell you that Invicta has never been known for good customer service. Even from the early days you would wait an hour or more on the phone after making a purchase from the Sunday run that was received damaged or delayed in transit. They have downsized dramatically, shop HQ went bankrupt yet invictastores.com.com is still selling watches. The quality has gone down dramatically while the prices have remained the same. But this is my biggest issue. I purchased a watch for myself and for a gift for a family member. I purchased these watches A MONTH AGO. I made this purchase while the website says one to five days processing time. I've sent a few emails, out of the three I sent only one was replied to. I just got off the phone with customer service who told me that he has zero idea on when and if the watch will be processed to be shipped and that my only other option was to cancel the order. It sounds like this is extremely common with invicta stores now. This is probably the last watch I will purchase. I can't get a straight answer from customer service and customer service allegedly has no direct line to the warehouse to answer a simple question on if my order will be shipped out anytime relatively soon within the next few days or perhaps they sold stock they don't even have yet that is still in transit from china. Just absolutely horrible. Especially being a loyal collector for such a long period of time. They clearly do not care about their customers.
