I was able to get a shirt sent to me for free when the one that was sent to me as a size medium ended up fitting too small. She was a friendly representative and kept trying to help. I appreciated her effort with her customer service.

Sizing is basically random
In total I ordered 3 shirts and a hoodie from this company. I was pleased with my first order so I went back and got another top. All of my items were sized 3X but the last top I ordered was sized very differently; too small. When I reached out for an exchange I was told I would need to pay the shipping to send the item back for a full refund (shipping would be more than the shirt is worth), or only accept half of the price of the item as my refund. They argued with me back and forth via 15 emails. Very unprofessional and an unpredictable way to purchase clothes if all size 3x items are different.

Will be ordering again
website was easy to navigate, so many designs to choose from I was worried they were too good to be true however. Within a week of ordering my items were delivered. The shirts themselves are good quality, soft fabric. Designs are very well printed on the shirts. I would suggest sizing up just to be safe. I am very pleased with my order and the quality of my products

This sweatshirt is incredibly soft and cozy, perfect for nursing. The quality feels great, the materials is nice and thick, and it arrived surprisingly fast!

Fills a gap in the market
The design of these really does fill a gap in the market and every nursing mother I know wants one. I bought 3 t shirts and 1 jumper for my wife, and the styles of them are fun and design is practical. The quality of the tops were better than I expected. When I emailed them about timescales they were helpful. In terms of why not 5 stars: there is very little tracking information or timelines involved, I briefly worried it was a scam. These are coming from China so seems like it can vary a lot (we were lucky and it did arrive maybe 3 weeks after ordering). From my experience I would shop here again and would recommend (albeit with caveats) to friends.
