This is one of the Best Companies I have worked done business with. I purchased an ISINWHEEL H7 Pro Electric Scooter from this company. The Scooter arrived via FEDEX and upon opening the package there were several problems. The Headlight was smashed, there was supposed to be a Tire Pump and Extra Inner Tube in the package. Upon contacting ISINWHEEL, they went above and beyond the call to make everything right! I am very happy with Maria, who made everything right and is replacing the Damaged and Missing Parts. There are very companies these days that would have been so accomodating to make things right! Thank You Maria and ISINWHEEL! Jeffrey Torsrud

Isinwheel hyper X rip off
If you happen to purchase a hyper X isinwheel you should take very good care of it and make sure that nothing happens to the tires. They will no longer make these tires so if a tire breaks becomes missing or anything happens to it your hyper X is worthless you paid all that money for a hyper X that you can’t use because the company will no longer honor their products and sell parts so you can fix it. It is only two years old and parts are no longer available. It is the most worthless company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire 54 years. Do not buy anything from this company or you will be ripped off.

Faulty bike for almost a year still waiting
We purchased two e bikes back in NOVEMBERRR. It is now first of August, one of the bikes hasn’t been able to work this entire time and I’m still waiting on another part that was supposed to be shipped months ago. Will NEVER buy from this company again.
