Mega nemt at koble til. 5-10 minutter for at oprette i appen og i Apple HomeKit og under 10 minutter for at koble til min Hörmann Supramatic garage motor Åbner en knap i Apple carport når jeg forlader hjemmet og når jeg er på vej hjem så port kan åbnes og lukkes. Virker også i Siri

Great support, great product
Have had a GoGoGate2 for many years but wanted a voice activated garage door opener (apple car play). Purchased an ismartgate Lite recently but was struggling to get programmed. Sent an email on a Friday and had a reply on Monday with a solution that actually worked! Thank you Sam Copsey!

The iSmartgate mini garage door opener is very good and the company service is too
The iSmartgate mini garage door opener is one of the most useful and reliable smart home devices I have. The app is reasonably simple to use, the installation and setup instructions are clear and easy to follow and the device just works. There was one glitch when there was a significant upgrade to the software and I had to log in again, but forgot my password. I reset the device and set up a new password, but it wouldn't accept it so I contacted support and they were very helpful. It turns out special characters in a password won't work, but it allows you to enter them. The support person nailed that very quickly. Another reset (pretty simple to do) and we were away. I think it's a great product and a cheap way to get a "smart" garage door. I've had the device for about 5 or 6 years now and it hasn't missed a beat. I only had to restart the iPhone app once when it got stuck.

I had an issue with upgrading. Support responded quickly with the solution. In general I have enjoyed the seamless integration with Apple Home.

Most reliable gate opener
For the last 5-6 years I have introduced IoT devices everywhere in life and as we all know some work better than others. Some disconnect, gotta be reconfigured everynow and then, etc. The ismartgate devices, which I have three in different locations, are the ones that still to my surprise today, always work well, no connectivity issues, always reliable. And for something as important as being able to access your properties, it's fundamental that it's reliable. In 6 years never had a single issue save for very recently when the system was down for a few hours. I got in touch with support and got a real human response within minutes and they fixed the issues. Followed up to make sure everything was working and didn't cease until I confirmed. Honestly, not only a great and reliable product, but the level of support I would hope all companies provide... But in reality don't.
