WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY- They are not…
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY- They are not helpful, they demand more and more information constantly. Their onboarding process is completely obtuse, entirely too many steps and absolutely torturous. And for all you pay them not only will they NOT tell people you have their service, they also won't help you find others within the network to use. Avoid like the plague.

Pushy and Annoying
Once you have a subscription you will need to renew it on an annual basis, but don't fret ISN will start emailing and calling you two months in advance, asking you to pay early. They use predatory practices such as loud banners that saw your subscription is expiring and emails that say Action Required even though the renewal is over a month away. The people on the phone are pushy and make it seem like you need to renew ASAP. Very frustrating that they continue to call after being told 3 separate times that we will remit payment closer to the due date.

Don't go anywhere near this business, Our client insists we use them as a H&S platform. Uncooperative time wasting and a waste of money

I would put -5 star if it would be…
I would put -5 star if it would be possible. This company is the worst I’ve worked with and all my life. I am seriously thinking about terminating my business with my customer because they obligate me to make business with this awful (and that’s still too polite)of a company if you can avoid it, do yourself a favour and stay far from it. People who works there are mostly idiots. You can’t solve anything with any of them. You need to pay them by wire transfer.
