Ho acquistato un macinacaffè presso questo negozio. Dopo aver effettuato l’ordine, sono stato informato che il prodotto non era disponibile in magazzino e che la consegna sarebbe stata rinviata a settembre. Questa informazione avrebbe dovuto essere comunicata chiaramente prima dell’acquisto. Anche la comunicazione potrebbe essere più rapida; ho dovuto inviare diverse e-mail prima di ricevere una risposta. Non è stata un’esperienza terribile, ma al di sotto delle aspettative. Tre stelle.”

You can't go wrong with the Alex Leva!
First of all, I really like and appreciate folks who know their stuff. Marco knows coffee machines.:). I had some questions about the Alex Leva lever machine and he had all the answers. I live in America and he even called me here to talk over things! And with the new tariff concerns, there were some challenges and Marco walked me right thru them. Really wished he lived here so I could shake his hand. The machine just arrived and it is GORGEOUS. I have bought several machines over the years, from well known companies here in America, but oh my, nothing compares with this Italian beauty. EXTREMELY well made. Addition: just hooked up the water and tested out the machine. It is UNBELIEVABLE. I have had several machines-including one commercial machine-and this is tops by far. The absolute quietness of the machine is 'deafening'.:) And it is so powerful-easy to hook up with very few moving parts. We are SO excited-and the coffee so far has been excellent. We are experimenting on grind, boiler temp, etc and even with that, the coffee is really strong and bold with great crema. So save up your money and buy one of these...one of my sons in law is already drooling over it.It is like a professional machine in every sense of the word, in your home.
