Amazing experience as a client of ITR Partners
I'll put it simply: if you come across someone like Aaron while looking for a new opportunity, consider yourself lucky. I was one of those lucky ones. Aaron reached out to me with an opportunity as a software engineer, and from the very beginning, it was clear that he goes the extra mile to help you succeed throughout the interview process. Although the interview process took some time due to the client’s requirements, Aaron made it feel easy. He was always available to answer my questions, offer useful insights for each interview stage, and even check in with a simple “How are you?” — which always brightened my day. When I was close to signing a contract with what is now my current client, I found myself in a bit of a pinch with some legal details. Aaron stepped in and offered his support, helping me better understand the more complex aspects of the contract. Thanks to him, I was able to confidently start working on a fascinating project, one of the top observability platforms on the market, Coralogix. I highly recommend Aaron for his supportive and genuinely helpful attitude toward candidates. I'm truly grateful for his involvement every step of the way.
