One advise, stay away! They don't share detailed invoices nor test results.
One advise, stay away with this clinic! It's only about emptying your pockets... I already had some results from the Netherlands, and uploaded it to their online perfile. My girlfriend did the same with her results so far from Spain. First you get all kind of documents with "packs" and their costs. But changing prices/ packs all the time. Since my health insurance confirmed wanting to pay a big part of treatment, detailed invoices are very important (and should be standard due to European/Spanish laws). I had asked them endlessly over their online portal to share detailed invoices of research, treatments or appointments. And made clearly a few times the importance of it because of declarations. But never got a straight answer on that or they kept ignoring it. My girlfriend lately had her first investigation lately, and at the reception they were talking about packs, differently as that what was communicated before through their portal. My girlfriend had a few examinations and after we had to go with a lady to a office. Firstly she came up with other prices, and after showing her that what was communicated, she told us that this was a combi pack for our first appointment. So fine then, my girlfriend already had her tests done that afternoon, and mine were planned a week from there, which should be included in this very same pack. I asked again for detailed invoice, before paying. But the lady told me it was not possible, which already is very strange. Because all medical centers/hospitals share detailed invoices, public or private... The lady also wanted us to sign forms of future packs (with serious prices), but in a very pushy way. She noticeable got irritated when I told her not signing those documents without having the option of reading/ understanding them first. The invoice I later got in the online portal was just specified as "pack - first visit", without point out what was included or what tests were performed. So completely useless for insurances. I had to do a test in advance of my first appointment a week later. And when I had my first appointment the doctor was literally reading my own translated summary from my own uploaded document of the results in the Netherlands. He literally did not had performed any researches himself and after that they wanted me to pay another €110 of that worthless "visit". After refusing to pay for that, while the doctor didn't do anything besides reading my own send in summary (he just showed my file on his monitor and he was pointing at it while explaining "his" findings). And while the lady of the other visit told us that the pack we've paid for was the combi pack for both of us for our first appointment. After refusing to pay the new bill, I was asked to go to an office by another guy again. And I'm not sure about his intentions, but it seemed he was trying to intimidate me for paying the bill, while being two heads smaller... I believe it didn't really had the expected effect... Until this point they're still refusing sending detailed invoices, and they still even haven't shared any test results of my girlfriend and of which was paid for. Wich both is against European and Spanisch Laws in case of medical centers/ hospitals. In the meanwhile I took a lawyer in hand to sue them. Which also confirms that medical centers are obliged to share detailed invoices and test results. By only selling "packs" they're most likely also try to take advantage of people who already have test results from other hospitals, and just letting them pay for it without doing double tests or second opinions. Could be a legit reason why they're doing all their effort not sharing detailed invoices to people.

Sales focused money driven target based ethics
Yesterday I contacted this clinic as an initial fact finding introduction, the call was heavily focused on sales zero humanity, intent despite telling them I was unaware of my wife's schedule to confirm an online call, as if I was part of a sales target driver to secure bookings rather than a human undergoing what is already a stressful medical experience, I advised I was making the contact to shield my wife from this, but they insisted on having her contact details and bombarded me and her via email and CALLS pretty much constantly the very next day This is disgusting behaviour we are not looking to buy a time share from some heavily incentive sales agent who only cares about their bookings I would suggest you look else where in the same time i was exploring helpful interactions I met a company who had the complete opposite apparoch who understood and respected our approach and have not chased me once, considering it's been less than 24 hours this is outrageous capitalism You should be ashamed The ethics are sale focused money driven

The whole experience at this clinic in Gran Canaria has been first class and we would recommend to anyone considering fertility treatment. We attended the clinic on a few occasions, and what stood out for us was how spotlessly clean it was and how friendly the staff were. We attended this particular clinic as we love GC having holidayed here many times, and with us having numerous setbacks and struggles to conceive back home in the UK, thought it would be special if we could try and get pregnant here. We proceeded with the egg donation route as sadly my wife has a low egg count and poor ovarian function. Fortunately we became pregnant on our first attempt and my wife has just given birth to a beautiful baby boy back in the UK! The staff are great - Dr Domingo who advised us during our initial consultation. Dr Yanira who carried out the procedure, and a special mention to Antonia who was our coordinator throughout, who was always on hand if we needed any advice. The only criticism we found was parking, as we had to park quite far away as the main road has very limited parking bays of which some are under a permit system for residents who live in the apartments nearby. However this would not put us off returning. Thanks IVI Las Palmas!

Ho avuto l' onore di essere visitata dalla dottoressa Pozzobon. Una dottoressa come poche professionale dolce seria competente.Purtroppo il Demetra di Lugo e Firenze hanno reso la mia vita lavorativa un inferno,sospendono transfer senza validi motivi rubandomi del tempo prezioso e sottoministrando farmaci che neanche loro ritengono necessari .Non è giusto che con una laurea e dottorato io debba fermarmi senza un valido motivo.E' tale l ' esasperazione che sto pensando di lasciare la blastocisti e di correre a Milano per preservare salute carriera e fertilità
