Love my new setting
I ordered a setting for my existing diamond. You do have to mail in your stone, which was very scary for me. The process took about 4 weeks but was very safe and I did verify the stone’s laser inscription # after I received my ring back. I wish I would have gotten more email communication updates during the 4 weeks however, I did get a email with tracking once the item shipped. The setting I chose turned out perfect. I was debating between going with a platinum crown with a yellow gold band but decided to do all yellow gold and I’m glad I did. I love how my ring turned out. Thank you, James Allen!

No inscription done after resizing…
When I initially received the engagement ring for my girlfriend, (now fiancée), the ring was so beautiful and eye catching and everything was as described. Unfortunately I had to get it resized to a half size more. When I shipped it (very thorough instructions and easy process), it was in the back of my mind that when I received the ring after the resize service, that they were going to forget my inscription. Sure enough, when I received the ring, there was no inscription. It is very unfortunate especially with the work order showing that the ring needed an inscription to be redone. I guess I’m not as bummed out about it since I had that feeling and the fact that it’s a complimentary service but I wanted to be proven wrong. The resize was spot on and it fit her like a glove but that inscription was the cherry on top. At this point I’m afraid of sending it back again and waiting again and with something else going wrong and I have to send it back… again. I guess I’ll just take my L on that. But other than that, the ring was exactly what she wanted.

In Love with Our Custom Ring
We absolutely love how our custom ring turned out. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding, and the final piece exceeded our expectations. The custom design team was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the process. The supervisor Jennifer was wonderful to work with. Her support and professionalism really stood out and made a big difference in the overall experience. Additionally, Ashley from the custom design team was attentive and always followed up promptly. They made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. My wife was absolutely thrilled with the ring. Thank you to the team for creating something so beautiful and special. Highly recommend!

My daughter is very excited about her diamond studs. I got them for her as a graduation gift from college. It was easy or purchase and the delivery was very fast. The packaging is amazing.

The customer service at James Allen is fabulous. I am so grateful for the time the agent spent talking to me about sizing and engraving. Thankfully the size worked this time - my husband lost his last ring so we sent down a size - so there was no need to return, but I felt confident making this purchase, despite the possibility that it might need to be returned. The ring is beautiful and we are very happy with our purchase.
