Incredibly disappointed
Incredibly disappointed. These are $40 pants. I LOVE the look and spent over $120 on 3 pairs. It has been 3 weeks since I started wearing them, and already stitches are coming out, hanging threads are dangling, and the POCKETS! My god the pockets, I can't put anything in either pocket now because the stitches are coming out. I have had my door key fall down my leg until it hits the ankle hem at least 3 times. I'm not overloading these pockets, they should be able to handle a phone or a wallet. It's like these simply aren't made to last? Is this Facebook Ad Fast Fashion? I have other pants, and jeans, and I rotate them all, but 2 of the 3 I ordered already have their pockets and waistband stitches coming undone. It's been like *maybe* a month? If I wanted crap fast fashion I'd go to Old Navy or something. And even they last a couple years before falling apart. I want replacements or...a refund? I don't even know. I don't trust you to make quality clothes and I'm bummed out that I invested 3 figures into your pants. I love the design but good lord learn to sew.

Delivery never came
Delivery never came, no messages from Jinshinman. I contacted them and was told they would “resubmit” my order. Again nothing and I contacted again. Then was told colours I selected weren’t available, so I asked them to cancel the order, and they stopped responding. Contacting my credit card to contest the charge now… a lot of w time spent on an order I never received.

poor quality don't buy
The design and cut of the trousers are really nice but the quality is so poor, I am writing this review on the train and have just noticed a ripped hole in in the groin area of my latest pair. I made the mistake of purchasing a number of trousers some ripped within a week, others lasted no more than a couple of months. Fabric is cheap and thin and tears with the slightest stretch.

Bad Product, Expensive return
The product is just bad. Low quality textile, plastic-feeling material. Return the product was more expensive than the prodcut itself.

Unable to return for refund. Ignoring requests to do so.
I contacted the company to return my order. I received a quick response adding if I would prefer to exchange my order. I replied no. That's the last I've heard from them. I've sent 8 email messages and used the contact form on their website but no response. There are a lot of other options to choose from. Avoid this company.
