Dislike the greasy texture on my skin
Dislike the greasy texture on my skin. Received today and was excited to apply. Followed the instructions by watching the videos. I find it very heavy. I've been wearing it for two hours. My face feels tacky. I'm so disappointed.

I have been wanting to try what the foundation for years. I was always afraid that I would choose the wrong color. I was able to visit the Jones Road store in Nashville. The sales rep was down to earth and very knowledgeable about makeup. I am a senior citizen and I loved how she understood the look that I wanted. She picked my color out right away and taught me how to apply it. I love it. It feels so good on my skin. I bought the application brush and it is amazing. Sometimes my nose gets oily because the makeup is so moisturizing. But I apply a very small amount of powder and it looks fine.

Worse delivery experience
First of all I want to state that I love their products. What I don't love is their indifference towards their customers regarding the delivery process. I made a total of 3 orders. All orders were carried in Greece were I live by Elta Post Office which is the cheapest and worse delivery option. They do not deliver packages at your place and I have to drive to another town to wait in line and pick the package myself. And it takes weeks for the package to arrive at the post office!!! I have specifically asked Jonesroad to give me the option to pay extra money so that they send the order with another carrier but they didn't pay attention to my request. I do not know how their delivery policy works in other countries but in Greece it is abusive towards their customers.
