Never had any problems with the…
Never had any problems with the clothing, but bought about 3 pairs of wellies over the years, and they have never been completely waterproof! my pair at the moment leak like mad and although had a good while hardly used. Always kept in original box in dry place too. Need wellies for dog walking that don't leak!

£200 + order placed with joules / next last week, non delivery due to ripped bags from EVRI. re delivered yesterday and lots missing . On the phone to joules today speaking to Jeffrey and have to say he was superb. Apologetic all the way through call and sorted all missing items. A credit to joules you are Jeff . Many thanks for sorting out issue. 5 star customer service.

I contacted customer services,got through straight away to a warm welcome from Jeffrey. Explained I had just placed an order within minutes and realised I could of had my parcel delivered free of charge to Next store. Rather than go through the hassle of cancelling order and placing a new order, he kindly processed a refund of my carriage out of goodwill . He was helpful, clear,efficient and had a helpful tone. Customer services excellent by Jeffrey and has encouraged me to shop more with Joules online due to a very good experience. Thank you!!
