Exceptional Customer Service and Support
"I cannot recommend The JOVS product and customer service enough, mainly due to the unbelievable customer support. I ran into an issue with one of their products I purchased and use daily and wanted to get this issue resolved. I reached out to support and was connected with Andy within minutes. Andy was extremely kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and stuck with me with several emails exchanged until the problem was completely resolved. It is rare to find a company that genuinely cares this much about their customers after the sale. Five stars all around and a personal “ thank you” to Andy for his continuous support and perfect resolution!

I had an issue with my battery/controller with neck/chest mask a couple weeks after purchase. Customer service was quick and offered to send a replacement which was very appreciated

I received a defective product but…
I received a defective product but contacted customer service immediately and they are very quick to reply. They are sending me a replacement and I will return to update my review once I get the new shorts and determine whether they work for me.

Half the lights quickly went out
After a few months half the lights went out on the mask. It was presumably a wiring problem since half the lights went out all at once. Life was very busy and very hard, I couldn’t babysit another customer care experience, before I knew it the warranty was up.

I’ve had such a great experience with…
I’ve had such a great experience with JOVS. I had an issue with the EMS shorts not pulsing, so I contacted customer service. They responded in less than 30 minutes and resolved the issue very quickly. I was really impressed with how responsive and helpful they were. I’ve already purchased two JOVS 4D Laser Face Masks, the JOVS neck and chest laser, as well as the JOVS EMS Toning device. After using the face, neck, and chest devices for about two months, I can genuinely see a difference — my skin feels tighter, looks smoother, and overall I feel like I look younger. I loved the results so much that I even bought one for my sister’s birthday! The EMS shorts are amazing as well. Overall, I’m very happy with the products and the customer service, and I would definitely recommend JOVS.
