JPfans is great!!
Customer service is great! A worker got back to me within 12 hours every time I had an issue. Worker fixed my problems politely and efficiently. Delivery was decently fast. No problems with delivery! The thing I like most about JPfans is that the pictures of your parcel are very detailed so you can see all of the details of your package. EX: size, weight, and just how it looks. JPfans also offers many different shipping agents for international orders. Overall, I would 100% recommend JPfans over any other Japanese proxy website. This is my first order and I have already placed another one!

they are amazing, their customer support is really honest and does the best to help. their prices for the service are surprisingly cheap and my order is amazing. their quality is awesome and the way they package their stuff is very nice. i’m super happy and can’t wait for the rest of my stuff!

Perfect App!!
Very good app.Everythings perfectly in order.Only problem would be the shipping fees but I guess they don’t control it. The prices are beautiful. This app is perfect for buying Pokemon cards. Would recommend to every person reading this. (PS: They have a discord)

te intentan cobrar de más en los paquetes en cuanto a comisiones, poniendo envoltorios innecesariamente grandes para cobrarte por ello. No lo recomiendo

l've had an amazing experience
l've had an amazing experience with JP fans, the ordering was easy, the delivery was quick and everything l've bought using there app has come well packaged and in great condition. It's also nice that they other so many services (such as quality inspection or packaging choices) and many ways to save money. Overall it's nice to find a place that sells genuine Japanese products without breaking your bank.
