This company is predatory
This company is predatory. When trying to cancel my subscription and receive a refund, they ignore my requests. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they ended my trial and tried to delete my account. When bringing this up they closed my dispute after saying there’s nothing we can do. Terrible company. Will never do business with them again.

I've been with JS for 4-5 years now and…
I've been with JS for 4-5 years now and whilst at the beginning their support was quick and helpful and the features excellent, now getting a response from support just doesn't happen! And it seems that the features have not been upgraded over time. When using their features often they don't work, options are not activated and data is not transferred from Seller Central. Sadly I think this platform is on the decline and I would suggest you look carefully before subscribing ....

Questionable Business Practices
After being with Jungle Scout for over 5 years, we received an email last week stating our service would be terminated unless we upgraded plans. The email essentially said we outgrew them, and we are not welcome on their entry-level plan anymore, and instead need to upgrade to Enterprise software which is insanely expensive as compared to the entry plan. This is especially frustrating as we are only using 1 simple feature from the entry plan the way it is. We explained this to JungleScout, and told me they are phasing out Catalyst, which is the software we are using. However, they told me if I upgrade to their enterprise solution, they would include access to Catalyst for free. I thought that was being phased out? Overall, I would not recommend doing business with this company, clearly 5 years of continued service makes no impact on your ability to use what you want from their software, it's all about the money and wanting to upsell you "better" plans. Very dissapointed.
