Genau so sollte es sein
Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Beware!!
Beware!!! I was "added" to the VIP membership. If you don't cancel for that particular month, they will take £35. Trying to cancel is a nightmare. I had a £35 credit, and when I tried to buy a pair of sandals, the credit was gone. Customer service said the time to spend the £ 35 credit had expired; it's called theft where I come from

Items out of stock - but still available to order. Funny that
Placed order 3rd July, order acknowledged. Chased today as nothing recieved and no tracking. Chat tell me that all 7 items are out of stock. Funnily enough, the website will allow me to order all 7 items from the website, which seems to me that they are just not sending and keeping my money. Had great things previously but seems a scam company now.

I would Give 0 Stars if I could.... I have been a JustFab customer for many years, but my recent experience has been enough to make me question whether I'll ever shop with them again. It started when I ordered three pairs of boots in my usual UK size. When they arrived, all three pairs were far too big. After looking into it, it became apparent that they had been supplied in US sizing rather than the UK sizing I had ordered. Having the same issue with three different pairs clearly wasn't a coincidence. I contacted customer services via live chat and was told someone would email me regarding my complaint. That email never arrived. There is no UK customer service phone that works, no way of speaking to an actual human!! More recently, I contacted JustFab again after receiving an email stating that my VIP membership would be charged. During a live chat, I was assured that the email had been sent in error due to a system issue, that my membership had been successfully skipped, that my account had been removed from the billing list, and that I would not be charged. I have screenshots confirming this. Despite those assurances, JustFab still took the money from my bank account. The most frustrating part has been the amount of time I've wasted chasing problems that should never have happened. I've had multiple live chats, been given conflicting information, promised follow-up emails that never arrived, and even after being told I wouldn't be charged, the payment was still taken. The individual advisors have generally been polite, but the company's internal communication and customer service processes are clearly failing. Being told one thing and then experiencing the complete opposite has completely destroyed my confidence in the brand. As a loyal customer of many years, I'm extremely disappointed. I expected much better. Until JustFab improves its quality control, communication and billing processes, I can't recommend them.
