Bad experience.
Bad experience. We had a confirmed model weeks in advance. We notified them before arriving at the airport, and again from the airport. Upon arrival, it wasn't ready. More than an hour later, they told us the car they had offered us didn't have working air conditioning and offered us another one. We accepted, having paid more because we were crossing the border. Upon arriving at the border, the police told us we didn't have the proper documents to cross. We notified the company, and they told us we had to change car and made us return to another intermediate point while they brought us another vehicle. A disaster. We lost more than four hours in the whole process. When we returned to the border, we were still missing another document for the car. We had to pay for a night in a hotel because of the agency, since driving at those hours at night was prohibited in Ukraine. We had filled the fuel in the previous vehicle, and they didn't refund us or give us the other vehicle with a full tank. Another €100. The car they gave us had several problems: the horn didn't work, the engine coolant warning light was, and the hood wouldn't open because a part was broken. A terrible experience. And when we finished, we washed the car ourselves before returning it because they said it had to be clean, but they still charged us an extra €10 to wash it themselves, even though they initially asked for €15. A bad experience; we absolutely do not recommend renting cars there.

I would never recommend anyone rent a…
I would never recommend anyone rent a car from this company! We booked a Lincoln hybrid and got a subpar Skoda diesel, but they charged us as if we were renting an expensive Lincoln. The transmission turned out to have a defective transmission and keeps stalling. Be careful, don't pay upfront.

Very very disappointed
Very very disappointed, we reserved it, we discussed with a person personally, and when we came after the car, they sayd, the car is not there anymore, and they didnt even care about the discomfort, or find an alternative. Worst experience ever…
