Wauw!! What a great company!! I read reviews before I booked about this company, they were overall good reviews. And just rentals made it true. We had a great car!! We booked with full insurance. So no extra bla bla when you come to pick up your car, as a lot of companies do when you book a car and when you pick it up theres a lot of extra Costs because it seems then that you have booked without full insurance. Also no credit card needed!!! Just paid the price for the week we had the car. You fill in the documents on line allready at home . So when you arrive in Chania you only need 5 intik 10 minutes to pick up the car. We brought it back in Heraklion airport. Just rentals thank you so much for this good experiece with a car rental company👊

Ultima volta con Justrentals
Siamo clienti che hanno in passato utilizzato Justrentals per il noleggio a Creta, siamo rimasti molto delusi e ci saremmo aspettati un servizio diverso. La Fiat Panda che ci hanno riservato era un modello molto vecchio (anno 2017) con oltre 110.000 km. percorsi con un allestimento che possiamo definire superbasic…. Le porte con chiusura manuale, il finestrino laterale non scorreva bene producendo un forte rumore, e l’auto, nonostante sul contratto fosse scritto “Usb socket”, non disponeva nemmeno di porta usb per la ricarica dei cellulari, pertanto non abbiamo potuto caricare nemmeno i cellulari in auto…. inaccettabile per una compagnia di noleggio come Justrentals. Prima della conferma del contratto, abbiamo ricordato che eravamo già clienti Justrentals, per ricevere una “tariffa speciale” come loro ci avevano garantito. Cosa anche questa non vera in quanto la tariffa per 14 giorni che includeva la SCDW Super Collision Damage era la stessa che si poteva ottenere simulando la prenotazione on line. Infine alla consegna ho fatto presente alla signora Tatiana che non eravamo per niente soddisfatti dell’auto noleggiata, ma non abbiamo visto nessun segnale o commento, totalmente indifferente alla nostra lamentela. A Creta ci sono compagnie di noleggio auto ovunque…questo è sicuramente un ottimo metodo per perdere un cliente..

After an small argue things were solwed
The car was in ok shape. Easy pickup. But when leaving one hubcap were missing. The three others were mounted with a zip tie. First they held me responsible but after an argue it was ok and we didn’t have to pay for bad mounted hubcaps. You don’t want to pay extra for a broken part on the car that you haven’t caused!

The inconvenience of needing customers
The agent seemed like he didn't want to be there and didnt seem to like that we were there 30 mins early. The Peugeot 208 manual was clean but it had an issue when selecting reverse - it would not rev above 1500 with the clutch in, OK for most cars but when you only have 1.0L you need those revs in some situations. We came so close to getting stuck in someones driveway when turning around on a remote narrow road - very close... When I called the emergency number to report the issue the same interested agent answered. When I described the issue he responded "it is impossible"...

This was our third time hiring a car in…
This was our third time hiring a car in Crete from Just Rentals. Our flight was late into Chania Airport and therefore we didn’t arrive until approximately 2am in the morning (2hours late). The staff member in the desk welcomed us, quickly sorted the paperwork and gave me a comprehensive induction to the car in got us on our way quickly and safely. The drop off experience was as easy, with a lift back to the door of the terminal. The car was modern, few miles and immaculate. The safety sheet and important contact numbers were provided just incase anything should happen. The super collision cover means no excess should the worst happen, which is reassuring. The staff did not try to up sell me any other products either, which again was reassuring and made the whole experience a lot less stressful. All in all great service (again).
