Leon hat mich direkt wegen einer Stelle kontaktiert, die sehr gut zu meinem Profil passte, und hat mir von Anfang an dabei geholfen, im Bewerbungsprozess schnell voranzukommen. Während des gesamten Prozesses war er sehr professionell, zugänglich und aufmerksam. Er hat meine Fragen stets schnell beantwortet, mich über die nächsten Schritte auf dem Laufenden gehalten und mir in jeder Phase gute Ratschläge gegeben. I have been working with Juucy as a freelance recruiter since Feb of this year and I have only great things to share. This type of virtual recruitment system was very new to me and why I decided to start working with them. Also, from the very start Valentin, Alessandro and Chris were very welcoming and made sure that if I had any questions to please reach out. This really makes a difference in the way I work. Since my time there, they have been a really great and super helpful throughout my time with Juucy. Not only to mention all of the other recruiters on this platform who are happily to share ideas, help if you need, or maybe just to say hello and introduce yourself!:) This is really new and efficient way of recruiting. There are also so many jobs that us recruiters can choose from and very interesting ones. One of the things I value most is being able to follow candidates’ progress throughout the process. The clarity and transparency around each step make it easy to understand where candidates are in their journey, which I think is one of the strongest aspects. You are also able to chat to the hiring managers directly. The platform is always constantly developing - new ways of working and programs. The team is super friendly and always ready to help when needed. I made a hire within the first 2 months of being with juucy and so excited for more. Thank you to everyone and highly recommend Juucy for recruiters and companies!:)

Workless to getting a job in 3 weeks…
From being workless to getting a job in less than 3 weeks. I must honestly say that Teymur Nabili is one of the most reliable, trustable and honest recruiters I ever met. He contacted me on a Monday evening (July 13) and shared right away the job profile. He arranged the first call with HR one week later (July 20) and the second call with the manager for the position on Tuesday July 28. On site meet & greet was on August 3rd. At any time he was available for a chat, advises, recommendations etc. Well done and thanks a lot!
