DONT DO IT!
Ordered shoes a month ago from them. Still no tracking number. Still waiting for replies from my 5 emails. They have no contact phone number on there website which I should of seen as a red light🤦. Keep your money folks! I wish I did!!

Scam. Ordered multiple items only to receive 2 of them. There is no customer service. Emailed them over and over and over.

It's a scam, stay away
Ordered 300 euros of stuff, received a plastic bag from Shanghai with clothes different from the ones I ordered. The quality is really poor, the stuff smells bad and it's really plasticky. Sent a refund practice that got accepted, but when they had to send me the address, they never responded. Unfortunately, I closed the PayPal claim too soon. Don't make the same mistake. Don't buy from this site!

Bad customer service
I bought two shirts from this store and received only one. Tried to contact the shop with hopes to get help locating the parcel, since you can’t track the precise location of it but received 0 answer. Literally emailed them 3 times each with a gap of a week each time. The customer service is a no no.

Stay away! Classic scam
Bought a product which did not correspond to the one advertised. I wanted to return the product but couldn't because even if the customer service agreed with the return they never provide an address ( the service is great until you want the money back, Layla in particular disappears. So, a big scam. The company advertise fake products on their website, the quality of materials is beyond poor. Do not get fooled by positive reviews of the products on the website- they block or delete the negative ones even when they are supported by photos. My advice: check scam-detector for this company before you order. If you did order call immediately your bank credit card and cancel, ask for cashback. Do not wait for the 'excellent customer service' to scam you into further delay. Btw, the company is registered in the USA but they ship straight from Shanghai in an unsealed plastic bag. Their scam is that they do not provide for a return address and a potential refund, they simply ask you to contact them and this is when they disappear. I reported already the website to the federal authorities in the US.
