Good customer support. Didn't receive my first plush unfortunately as it got stuck in customs but had one reshipped at no extra cost with no fuss.

I ordered the “Sofi the Long Kawaii Baby Blue Dragon Plushie” in the 175 cm / 68in size from Kawaiies. According to both my order confirmation and shipping confirmation, this exact product and size were supposed to have been shipped. The parcel was delivered on 29 August 2026. Unfortunately, when I opened it, I discovered that the plushie inside was not the product I ordered. The item I received looks clearly different from the product shown on the Kawaiies website, particularly in terms of its colour scheme and overall appearance. The differences are significant enough that, in my view, they cannot reasonably be explained simply by lighting, product photography, screen settings, or normal colour variations. I documented the parcel, shipping label, packaging, and the item I received with photographs. I have also kept the original order and shipping confirmation emails. I contacted Kawaiies immediately after receiving the incorrect item and requested either the correct 175 cm Sofi Dragon at no additional cost or, alternatively, a full refund. If the incorrect item needs to be returned, I expect Kawaiies to arrange and cover the return shipping in accordance with their own return policy. As I have only just submitted my complaint, I cannot yet judge how their customer service will handle the issue. I will update this review once Kawaiies has responded and it becomes clear how they resolve the incorrect delivery.

She absolutely loved it
She absolutely loved it! I wanted to get my girlfriend something cute for our anniversary that wasn’t just the usual flowers or chocolates. I came across Kawaiies and decided to get her a plushie, and honestly it was the best decision ever. She was genuinely surprised and loved how soft and cuddly it was. Seeing her reaction made it totally worth it. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something special for your girlfriend

My sister absolutely loved it!
My sister absolutely loved it! I bought a plushie for my sister because I wanted to get her something a bit different for her birthday. I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a great choice. It was really soft, looked exactly like the photos, and she immediately started cuddling it. She was genuinely so happy with it, so I’d definitely recommend Kawaiies if you’re a guy looking for a gift for your sister.

Couldn’t be happier! I’m honestly obsessed with my order! Everything was exactly as pictured and the plushies are unbelievably soft and cuddly. You can tell a lot of care has gone into the products. The whole experience was smooth from ordering to delivery, and I’m already looking at what I want to get next. Such a lovely online shop with the cutest things!
