Bought a new 2026 Kawasaki ridge hvac got it home rode it for 15 minutes. Turns out it had now power. Took it down to the dealer ship it’s been down there for 3 weeks now and it sounds like a fuel pump issue. Turns out the pumps are on back order from a different country and there’s no ETA. Called Kawasaki and there no help at all. They told me they have no idea when they will be here. So the dealership had another one in the shop so they swapped fuel pumps with mine had the same issue. I talk to other dealerships, They were having the same issue as well. They replaced three fuel pumps in one machine before they got it going so I had to order a used one I paid $550 waiting for it to get here. I’m sure I won’t get reimbursed for that. all in all I wish I would’ve never bought a Kawasaki should’ve stuck with the Can-Am. I just figured with their new motor they would last longer and be a good machine turns out they’re junk and their customer service sucks. Don’t recommend buying one of these there has been multiple machines just like this having the same issue and Kawasaki knows about it and they won’t do anything about it.

Had a 2023 Kawasaki klr650 and it was in the shop for 10 months .In that time they said it was fixed 3 times and it was not .I had to call Kawasaki customer service to get them in involved. They said the factory tech went to the dealership and diagnosed it. 2 fuel pump, wiring harness, throttle body, valve adjustment and many more parts .I went and picked it up and was told the bike would not start in neutral with the kickstand down .At that point I sold the bike Back to that dealership and out the 10 Payments and parts i installed .First time buying a Kawasaki and last Time. The Extended warranty was not worth the money.

I have a 24 kawasaki ridge hvac. My question is are they going to have a recall on the primary clutch? I know they have upgraded them for the 26 models but what about your customers that have the 24 25 models? Thanks
