Excellent service and great products
Excellent service and great products . I have been a regular customer for a few years now . All the products and services are up to high standards and before and after delivery, they always communicated and if there ever was any problem I had using the software they have always been a great help . I really appreciate their service and friendly staff .

I bought the Microsoft office 2021 from them
I bought the Microsoft office 2021 from them in December, only now got around to installing it. After installing office, Microsoft told me that the activation key they gave me was not valid, I have emailed them, phoned them and left messages, even texted them since Friday and no one picks up the phone or answers my emails!

Excellent help overcoming problems loading software.
I had problems loading MS Windows and MS Office to my new PC. Simon was most helpful with additional information and support whilst I sorted out the loading issues. His help was invaluable and without it I doubt that I could have sorted out the problems with my new PC. Much appreciated. This sort of help creats long-term customer loyalty.

They helped me to do their instructions, it was very easy, ChromeOS Flex arrived it was fast set up & it had lots of apps really great. I'm very pleased with Key Software top people.🏆

Decent software, reasonable prices, good service.
Have purchased a number of varied software products from them over the years. Only once did I have have some difficulties in installing one particular item of software and they were very prompt is resolving the issue which in turn was resultant from an installation error by me rather than the product.
