Never use Kokobet! I deposited money, played some games, and have been trying to withdraw my money for over a month now, probably 10 to 15 times. Every single time the withdrawal gets cancelled because they claim I filled out incorrect information, even though it is exactly the same information I used to deposit money. Customer support is also terrible. Half of the time I cannot even open a chat, and when I finally do, they do not help at all and just give useless, generic responses. This has been extremely frustrating and honestly feels like a complete scam. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this platform.

"If you think you’re signing up with a famous, reputable casino, double-check the URL ten times before you deposit anything. I wish I had. This place is, in my opinion, a complete knockoff that uses a middle “landing page” to trick you into their trap. Here’s exactly what happened. I clicked on what I thought was an official promotional link: big logo, same color scheme, familiar fonts, everything. The page clearly mentioned the well-known brand, but the “Play Now” button redirected me to a different domain, with a slightly modified name. I didn’t catch it right away because the design looked nearly identical. I registered, deposited €100 via bank card and started playing Buffalo King Megaways, Book of Shadows, and some live blackjack. I wasn’t winning big but was having a decent time. Eventually, I hit a few lucky bonuses and brought my balance up to around €270. That’s when I tried to withdraw. First attempt: error message, “try again later.” Second attempt: “withdrawals temporarily unavailable due to maintenance.” Third attempt: I was prompted to complete KYC, which is normal for legit casinos, so I went ahead. I uploaded my ID, a bank statement, and a selfie. After that, things got really sketchy. I got an email from “risk@...” (from a domain that didn’t even match the site I was playing on) asking for additional documents: front and back of my bank card, a selfie holding both my ID and the card, and even a screenshot of my online banking. That’s insane and way beyond what reputable casinos ask for. I contacted live support and spoke with “Julia.” She first insisted that the email was legit, then, when I mentioned the mismatch in domains, she got very defensive and copy-pasted a generic paragraph about “security procedures” three times in a row. When I refused to send more personal data, she basically said, “Without that, your account will remain under review and you cannot withdraw.”

I found it through an ad and it looked so similar that I didn’t notice the difference. I made a deposit, but once I tried to cash out, everything went downhill. Customer support ignored my messages, and my balance just vanished. I checked later and saw others had the same experience. It’s a fake site pretending to be Kokobet to steal money from people.

Die Seite gibt sich als bekannter Casinoanbieter aus, nutzt das Markenlogo, die Farben und sogar Werbetexte, die sie eindeutig aus echten Quellen kopiert haben. Sobald man aber auch nur ein einziges interaktives Element drückt – egal ob “Spielen”, “Bonus holen” oder „Jetzt starten“ – landet man auf einer völlig fremden Seite ohne jeden Bezug zum angeblichen Betreiber. Das ist eine klassische Masche, um ahnungslose Spieler in riskante Drittcasinos zu leiten. Diese Praxis ist nicht nur unseriös, sie ist bewusst irreführend und gefährlich. Ich bin schockiert, wie professionell der Betrug aufgebaut ist. Klare 1 von 5.
