I waited for 3 months for delivery
I waited for 3 months for delivery. Constantly gas lit claiming that they had been delivered. When the shoes finally arrived they were terrible quality. Cost £54!!!!! Worth £2 Avoid at all costs.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH. THEY MAY BE A BUSINESS BUT THEY ARE CONNING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. PLEASE, CAN EVERYONE TAKE THEIR COMPLAINT HIGHER. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!!!!

Do Not Trust Their Return Policy
My experience with Kouvr Fashion has been extremely disappointing. I purchased two Archie apparel items from Kouvr Fashion. After deciding to return them, I repeatedly contacted customer service to obtain return instructions. Unfortunately, the company was initially unresponsive, causing unnecessary delays before finally providing the return address. I paid $47.60 to ship the items back to Canada, following the company's instructions exactly. Before I mailed the package, Kouvr Fashion confirmed that once the returned items were received and inspected, my refund would be issued to my original payment method. USPS tracking confirms that Kouvr Fashion received my return several weeks ago. However, instead of honoring their promise and their published refund policy, the company refused to issue my refund and stated that they would provide store credit only. This directly contradicts the refund policy posted on their website. I have contacted the company multiple times and made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter directly, but they have failed to honor their own policy. As a result, Kouvr Fashion has my returned merchandise, my payment, and the money I spent on return shipping. This has been a frustrating and time-consuming experience that should have been resolved with a straightforward refund. I cannot recommend doing business with a company that does not honor its published return policy.

Dont bother its very dodgy
Dont bother its very dodgy. Bought a dress from the kouvr fashion website and then on all of the confirmation emails from them there were links back to the products page, yet when I clicked on it it said that the page didn't exist or it would pop up in a different store. Also it is a nightmare trying to file a return to the point where it actually made it impossible for me to do so. Very bad. Also the dress was advertised as being a midi dress and only reached above the knee when it arrived.
