I purchased one of their KTS product…
I purchased one of their KTS product and did not like it. Returns are impossible as they asked me to return it to China on my expense. It cost more to return it to Chine than the item itself. I disputed the charges with my credit cart company and they decided to my favor. You cannot call the company. Emails only.

Scam! Do not use this company, my elderly father purchased a red light therapy lamp from this company, he never received the parcel, they initially said they had sent a replacement but Evri keep saying the postcode does not match what is on the parcel and keep sending it back to the supplier, requested a refund but now not responding to emails!

SCAM. Found out that the products are not FDA approved, just “registered”, which means nothing. Wrote to request a refund and the company went back and forth with me for 6 emails trying to convince me to keep the product instead. Finally got approval for a refund and had to spend $50 at the post office to mail the product back to CHINA (even though the return address on my delivery was in California). Still haven’t received a refund. BEWARE

Falschen Artikel erhalten und musste…
Falschen Artikel erhalten und musste Retoure nach China selber tragen und die Annahme der Retoure wurde vom Händler verweigert. Mir wurde ein Gerät teuer verkauft, was bei AliExpress nur 14€ kostet. Kts ist der reinste Betrug!!!

I was given a KTS Light therapy device…
I was given a KTS Light therapy device for pets. There were no instructions in the box so I emailed the company. Several Emails backwards and forwards after I was asked for my order number and sent them photographs of the box they didn't reply to my last email and kept on insisting that they needed an order number and I kept on reminding them that this was a gift. Appalling Customer Service. I now cannot use this device in case it causes harm by misuse.
