Been 2 days now and still waiting on withdrawal please stay away from this casino I'm on many sites and this is by far the closest site to a scam j have ever came across. Asking for proof of payment and all sorts of things delaying things as much as possible. I'm pretty sure this is a bank intrest scam and should be investigated the longer they keep your money in there account the more interest they gain so withold your money as long as possible STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. Go on more respected sites and keep your money safe

Made a deposit via instant bank…
Made a deposit via instant bank transfer today . The funds left my bank account and were received by kwiff. They said I need to wait 48 hours to see if the money is returned to my bank as they have not received the funds. I showed them evidence from my bank in regards of a payment trace showing they have received the funds and also a transaction id and authorisation code. The worker was clueless and kept telling me it could be in pending status . Even when I pointed out what he is saying can happen with a card payment and not a bank transfer. He then told me to wait 48 hours. Absolute ridiculous behaviour from kwiff and i still have not had my £100 deposited credited to my kwiff account or refunded. I look forward to the ai reply from kwiff. Update . Thank you for your swift response just a shame that use could not be as fast crediting my deposit.

I had £2410 in my account and as i used…
I had £2410 in my account and as i used my wifes card which she allowed me to use they did the verification asked for bank statements which were provided and after that they closed my account permanently and kept the money and said they wont give it back. I will now take this further as this is not fair if they want to close my account thats fine but they need to return my money.
